Who it’s for
Patents pendingSame problem.
Five very different operations.
A stadium crew and a parks department do not buy the same way, budget the same way, or hurt the same way. Find yours.
Professional sports
Patents pendingPlayers plant and cut on every square foot. Every head belongs at grade.
A sunken head leaves a pocket that can catch a cleat; a proud one is a hard edge in the surface. On the low side, MLB’s facility standards for its minor-league (Professional Development League) ballparks call for irrigation rotors to sit no more than a quarter inch below the turf canopy.
A professional field is resurfaced, sand-capped or Fraze-mowed on a calendar, and every one of those events strands every head at the wrong height on the same morning. The crew that just delivered a broadcast-grade surface then spends its week digging holes in it.
Between renovations, surface hygiene runs on a program too: the routine work that keeps thatch and organic matter in check. Today the crew stops short of every head and starts again past it. Where it’s fitted, the carrier is designed to lower a head below the surface, so surface-hygiene machines can pass straight over it and the turf around it gets the same work. Then the head goes back to grade before play.
Renovation is the natural moment to install adjustable carriers — the heads are already out of the ground, so there’s no separate dig to put them in. If a rebuild is on your calendar, tell us the date early. We’ll give you a straight answer on whether our retrofit carrier can be ready for it.

Collegiate
Patents pendingAthletes train on every field you run — not just the one on TV.
A university grounds crew runs game fields, practice fields and recreation acreage with one roster and one equipment fleet. Head resets compete for the same crew-days as everything else — so they wait, and sunken heads become the accepted condition of the very practice fields athletes train on every day.
The carrier is designed to make a reset a surface-level adjustment instead of a dig. On the rotors it fits, that’s the kind of change that lets one crew keep more heads flush, where players’ feet land. The same carrier is designed to lower a head below the surface, so surface-hygiene work can pass straight over it instead of around it. Then it goes back to grade before play.
Municipal & parks
Patents pendingKids play on these fields. Every head should be flush.
Parks and school fields are where kids run flat out, rarely watching their feet. A head that sits proud is something to trip over; one that has sunk is a hole to turn an ankle in. And the mower finds the proud ones first. Along paths and sidelines, a proud head is also a lip for a stroller or wheelchair wheel to catch.
Parks departments look after a great many irrigated fields, usually on tight budgets, and the repair queue is always longer than the season.
Our carrier is designed for specific rotors, not every head in a parks inventory. Where it fits, a head that adjusts from the surface is designed to turn a dig-and-reset work order into a surface adjustment. Tell us which rotors you run and we’ll tell you whether the carrier fits.
Golf
Patents pendingTopdressing raises your course a little every year. The heads never follow.
Sand accumulates relentlessly on greens, approaches and fairways — that is the program working as intended. Years in, heads sit low enough to shadow their own arcs, and leveling them is a standing line on the maintenance calendar.
Surface-hygiene passes on fairways and approaches mean steering around every head. Where it’s fitted, the carrier is designed to lower a head below the surface for the pass, then bring it back to grade before play.
Golf brings its own constraints — swing joints, play that never stops, and a mix of rotor types. Tell us which rotors your course runs — valve-in-head included — and we’ll tell you where fit stands.
Residential
Patents pendingHome lawns are playing fields too.
A home lawn is where kids and pets play. As soil settles and the turf thickens, heads drift off grade: a proud one is something to trip over or catch with the mower; a sunken one, a hole to step in. Every fix is a service call and a hole in someone’s lawn.
For irrigation contractors and landscapers, the moment that matters is the install. A head that adjusts from the surface is designed to make a later callback a turn at grade instead of a dig. Our carrier is made for specific rotor models, so tell us which ones you install and we’ll tell you where fit stands.
Not sure our carrier fits your heads?
Tell us which rotors you run and how your fields are used. We’ll give you a straight answer on fit — including when the answer is that it doesn’t.
